Emma's Porch breathes new life into a historic red-brick residence through a strategic two-story intervention.

The design extends the home’s footprint forward, creating a dual-purpose timber volume. The ground level expands the entrance sequence into a generous wrap-around patio, while the upper level provides critical square footage for an enlarged primary bedroom suite.

Preserving the integrity of the original structure was paramount. We retained the historic red brick while introducing refined modern elements to articulate the façade, featuring new windows, lighting, and canopy.
