01. Discovery Call

02. On-Site Consultation
(Fee: $300) I assess the site, discuss your goals and constraints, and follow up with a detailed proposal.
03. Schematic Design
Site analysis, preliminary drawings, and a defined scope with a clear budget and approvals roadmap.
04. Design Development
Materials, finishes, and coordination with consultants; turning the concept into a buildable design
05. Construction Documents.
A complete drawing set ready for permits and construction
06. Construction Administration.
I stay involved through the build to make sure the design intent holds.
